Hello All,

I have been away. Is this the XM signal ("Whales") on about 3518 kHz, being heard evenings in eastern Canada??

Polytones, each tone about six seconds long (average), slowly rising in frequency, contained in the band about 3517.7 to 3517.9 kHz.
