last night at around 0630 (I am in East Palo Alto, California) i heard another v2 transmission on 9334 kHz. v2 transmissions are the only ones that i have ever been able to hear and clearly identify as far as voice transmissions go. so i noticed something last night and was wondering if anyone else noticed it or knows what it means if anything. the rhythm was off. the numbers weren't being called uniformly as they usually are. some were following very quickly almost clipped, especially when it was a repeat number. it seemed almost as though it was being typed in as it was being transmitted. can anyone elaborate or confirm that i did hear this?
