It looks a lot like a GAP Hear It speaker. Before buying that, try a pair of computer speakers. Some cheap ones work remarkably well. On my IC-765 (I am a ham), I can tune the rig to a E3 freq, at the correct time, and hear nothing from the internal speaker. But, plug in my set of CTX amplified computer speakers, and I can hear it clearly. And, the amplified speakers were free. -Devan, KC0KBH On Sat, 22 Jan 2005 00:08:27 +0000, Mike <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Visit http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/spooks to unsubscribe from this > list > > Hi > > I am considering one of these as a upgrade for my shack. > > http://www.bhinstrumentation.co.uk/html/nes10-2_mkii.html > > Does anyone here use one or have any comments please? > I tune in Spooks stuff, NDBs, other utilities, CW and voice ham plus > broadcast. > Reply off group please > > Best wishes from > > Mike in West Sussex > On the South Coast of the UK > > Using FRG-100 with Wellbrook ALA1530 loop antenna. > With 250Hz internal filter for CW.
