It looks a lot like a GAP Hear It speaker.  Before buying that, try a
pair of computer speakers.  Some cheap ones work remarkably well.  On
my IC-765 (I am a ham), I can tune the rig to a E3 freq, at the
correct time, and hear nothing from the internal speaker.  But, plug
in my set of CTX amplified computer speakers, and I can hear it
clearly.  And, the amplified speakers were free.
