I still copy "Sam" at about S1-S2 here in the Niagara area on 3700 and 6500, very light on 10500Khz late afternoon to late evening........ Additionally, if in fact the originator (Perpetrator?)is enjoying a cocktail after the fact, I would suggest a heavy dose of Mellaril would be more appropiate than alcohol. Technical expertise and radio savvy notwithstanding, if this person gets his/her kicks this way as you theorize, I think he/she needs a little "help"........ Kurt!
