Globe Wireless markers on 4459.0 from the Dixon site in north central California. I have it S9 right now in day time, so the radius is right. Someone else reported a weird noise on 6431.4 which is also a Globe marker, but it briefly had their odd failure mode where every burst drifts upward in frequency with the characteristic little 170-Hz boink in the middle, then goes back on-channel between bursts.
