Hi,

my last 2 QSL thick envelopes with QSL from IRN Radio
were also "damaged" and were fixed, re-closed 
by our postal service here in Germany. Maybe the
IRN using "bad quality" envelopes, or too "over sized" ones
or maybe ???  hi
