Buena sera Fabber1987, the station you found on 6928 kHz can't be V8, cause the station with this signatur was sending messages in Arabic, but is inactive for some years. If there was an English man reading numbers, it was either E06 or E07 (more likely E07). The callsign of E10 on 4880 kHz is "ULX".
