Hi Zack and many thanks for the response. To answer your questions first: The frequency list is taken from our database and covers all the frequencies X06 has been known to use in the past few years. These are ideal for entering into a scanner which will rotate through these frequencies in 1 or two minutes. There are no specific times, and this is the great difficulty - the signals largely appear at random but we notice an upsurge when there is a major event such as the Georgia troubles in October 2007 and August 2008, the Anna Chapman case in July 2010, the Moscow Airport terrorist attack in Jan 2011 and of course the terrible events in Japan last week. There are usually signals to be found between 07:00 and 11:00 on weekdays. This table is taken from the database between 1st - 12th March this year and were all logged either in UK or Scandinavia 01 Mar 2011 Tue 9450.00 09:05:00 09:15:00 00:10:00 165423 02 Mar 2011 Wed 10731.00 16:14:06 16:14:36 00:00:30 314265 02 Mar 2011 Wed 14650.00 13:56:20 13:57:27 00:01:07 215346 02 Mar 2011 Wed 14871.00 15:46:00 15:53:02 00:07:02 156234 04 Mar 2011 Fri 14570.00 09:37:01 09:40:01 00:03:00 324615 04 Mar 2011 Fri 12215.00 10:00:38 10:05:10 00:04:32 361245 04 Mar 2011 Fri 16117.00 12:56:16 13:08:39 00:12:23 463125 04 Mar 2011 Fri 14871.00 13:36:41 13:38:12 00:01:31 156234 10 Mar 2011 Thu 7988.00 08:52:00 08:54:00 00:02:00 561243 10 Mar 2011 Thu 11411.00 10:08:00 10:10:00 00:02:00 164532 11 Mar 2011 Fri 9320.00 08:27:00 09:11:00 00:44:00 X06a 11 Mar 2011 Fri 14863.00 08:44:00 08:47:00 00:03:00 615243 11 Mar 2011 Fri 10653.00 08:58:39 09:00:44 00:02:05 356412 11 Mar 2011 Fri 14871.00 13:10:52 13:15:14 00:04:22 156234 11 Mar 2011 Fri 14871.00 14:09:24 14:14:02 00:04:38 156234 11 Mar 2011 Fri 12118.00 17:04:01 17:10:30 00:06:29 164253 12 Mar 2011 Sat 16276.00 12:12:55 12:13:10 00:00:15 314265 12 Mar 2011 Sat 11525.00 12:18:28 12:18:43 00:00:15 156234 12 Mar 2011 Sat 16276.00 14:31:48 14:32:27 00:00:39 314265 All times are UTC and across the whole database an average transmission lasts between 4 and 5 minutes. Hope this helps but as we have mentioned these are difficult signals to track but we hope that with your help and others in this group, we will add to our knowledge of Mazielka I am copying this mail to the leader of the X06Team, Jochen, who will, I am sure, add to the above. Best wishes and don't hesitate to ask if we can help.
