Hello Jochen.

Confusingly the reason E11a is there is to distinguish between a non-stutter 
group message and one with stutter groups, E11b. 

I see no G11a being issued because a clear message is being sent.

That's interesting, and you're quite right, Paul. There were no stutter groups 
within G11. But shouldn't we respect G11 msgs in the next control list and 
designate these transmissions as G11a (like E11a)? G11 msgs are known for 
around 40 years.
