Frequency, signal strength, and format is typical of M08a, but I don't recall the signal being sloppily sent. I forget the time-of-day for M08a transmission schedules though, and I can't be completely certain this is M08a until I do a little reading. I'm just hopping back into HF after a long break from listening, and I've fallen behind with schedule changes.
