Good evening, Does anyone know what this station is? I have caught this today at 1642z on 6838USB, already in progress. The voice seems automated, unknown language, probably reciting numbers. 2 minutes after I stopped the recording, a strange piece of music has been played, very similar to the All India Radio interval signal.
