Also, I might add, right now (0155 UTC, 22 Feb, 2017) they are up on 4600 kHz and 9500 kHz both with unmodulated carriers. These transmissions consisted of a 4 second burst of pulses every 30 seconds. This was 90 seconds of transmit, 30 seconds of off air, then cycle to the next frequency.
