fldigi works well and also has the convenience of being a single app with multiple modes all in one. The user interface is quite usable and intuitive. MultiPSK is another, works well on CW and also has the conveniuence of being a single app with multiple modes all in one. The user interface is a bit "busy" but the program works well and is well supported by the author. You can pay a few $$ to register the program and get a few more features. http://f6cte.free.fr/index_anglais.htm However, just for CW the best one I have found is cwget. This one is CW only however, user interface is usable. This one has a "free" demo and you can also pay a few $$ to register the program.
