 Mhz is inside the Amatwur Radio 20m band. What you are
 hearing is the symphony of HF-JT65 users. Its a slow digital
 mode we use. Using HF-JT65 software you can listen in. Half
 of the transmissions start on alternate minutes. The quiet
 time is processing time for computers to decode the
 messages.
