45 minute recording of the unusual digital signal transmitting on the UVB-76 "The Buzzer" frequency of 4625 kHz: https://youtu.be/ldGnS0PkpQE I monitored 4625 kHz for about two hours during the morning. The normal "buzz" of the signal cannot be seen or heard under the digital transmission. That leads me to believe that the typical "buzzer" signal has been shut off while this transmission is taking place (which, in turn, leads me to believe that this is not jamming or interference, but a purposeful transmission of some sort). The digital signal being transmitted kind of, sort of resembles a STANAG 4285 signal in some aspects, but not wholly. Perhaps a STANAG variant?
