Yes, as Ary said, Russian mil, but you can hear all of the comms by also listen 
in 13964 kHz for the qsx frequency for this net.

On 14384 kHz, a CW transmission with groups of numbers can often be 
heard throughout the day. Sometimes the transmission is identified with 
'de zegz'
