Public bug reported:
The blocks that display "Popular" "Recommended" and "Recent" content at
the right on the home page are kind of ugly looking.
I don't really have any great ideas on how to improve their look.
Ubuntu.com's version of these blocks are much smaller. We could maybe
use a bigger version of their images.
