Xu, You do not get the concept of global (domian wide) label.
You can't attach to a packet SR header with labels (SIDs) learned by ISIS and in the segment nodes use LDP learned labels for forwarding in your data plane. That's the issue with consistency of label for a given FEC distributed by more then one protocol within your domain. Best, R.
