I support the adoption of draft-filsfilscheng-spring-srv6-srh-compression.

I have been working together with my team at the university of Rome Tor Vergata
on SRv6 support in the Linux kernel.

The CSID draft builds on RFC8986 and defines two new flavors.
We supported these two flavors in the Linux kernel by re-using the same
infrastructure developed to support the flavors defined in RFC8986.

Which confirms that the new flavors build on the single dataplane (SRv6
dataplane).

Thanks
Paolo
