The changes in this revision are as follows: - Adding C-SID Operations section as requested by the 6MAN working group [1][2]. This section describes in particular the processing of ICMPv6 error messages on an SR source node that uses C-SID flavors. - Adding IANA consideration section that links the endpoint flavors described in this document with the corresponding code point in the IANA-maintained SRv6 Endpoint Behaviors registry [3], as suggested by Gyan [4]. The authors have also contacted the change controllers to update the references in the IANA registry. - Expanded the Implementation Status section (13) with additional information and to comply with the new SPRING working group policy [5]. The authors have contacted other vendors to inquire about their implementations and will update this section as they receive the required information. - Reduced the author list on the front page as per BCP. The remaining authors are now listed as contributors. I would like to thank again all the authors and contributors for their hard work on this important document. - Some editorial fixes in sections 2, 5, and 6.
