[spring] Using the last segment list entry

While listening to the presentation on the PSID for SRv6, a question 
occurred to me.  To be clear, I am asking this as a participant, not in 
my role as co-chair.

Are we confident that either this is the only use case that will need 
the last SID entry, or that all the use cases for that are mutually 
exclusive?
