This revised IPR disclosure addresses one of my concerns (the accidental use of a future date).
On the other hand, it serves to strengthen my question about whether this disclosure was adequately timely [RFC6701]. The revised disclosure applies also to draft-ietf-spring-sr-redundancy-protection revisions 01 to 07. 01 was posted in February 2022. 07 was posted in April this year. The IPR seems to be dated June 2024. Others might ask whether the IPR covers something that was already in the public domain.
