November 29th I issued a design that utilized a 2" RSV valve for a residential home that we designed a sprinkler system for. The 2" RCV allowed us to put in a 2" supply line from the city main despite a fairly long set back. It came to my attention yesterday that the mfg (tyco) issued a memo that indicated that they will no longer be manufacturing the 2" version of this valve on November 30 (ironic huh?).
