Finding qualified people has been difficult. Anyone who has even
touched anything with the word fire associated with it will send in a
resume as a Fire Protection DESIGN expert.

1.Started a FIRE in the FIREplace = fire protection expert.
2.Reviewed a spec on FIRE extinguishers = fire protection expert.
3.Ate at FIRE Mountain restaurant = fire protection expert.
4.Painted the word "FIRE" on a column above a FIRE extinguisher = fire
protection expert.
5.FIREed a cannon at the 4th of July parade = fire protection expert.
6.Drove my forklift through a FIREwall = fire protection expert.

Aw, you get the point.

George, we've got one design house up here who has two people that just
draw, one that does just hydraulics and one that just does stock
listing. Consequently, no one knows the entire package (well) so it
makes them less valuable to others trying to steel them away.
