It is relatively common as tarp-type heavy duty plastic sheeting. Try 
 HYPERLINK "http://www.americover.com/"; http://www.americover.com/ 
http:// HYPERLINK "http://www.apiausa.com"; www.apiausa.com/

Think along the lines of "Fire-retarded expanded polystyrene". It will not
ignite easily/rapidly, but after iy ignites it is just another plastic
burning.
