NFPA-13 2007 says calc 5 sprinklers in the corridor with protected openings (11.2.3.3.6) and 5 sprinklers in the corridor with unprotected openings (11.2.3.3.7). Previous editions required 7 sprinklers with unprotected openings. The explanatory text for 11.2.3.3.6 in the handbook still mentions 7 sprinklers. Anyone know what the deal is with this? Thank you.
