Seems like AFSA now needs an engineering evaluation. Since a server stores info, it appears that this meets the criteria in NFPA #25 (02) 4.1.6 as a change in storage arrangement. And as the digest is not functioning, it has resulted in an increase in the number of messages, increasing the fuel load.
