I just sent this privately... and realize that I should say it
publicly because my original request
didn't present my real problem....

My problem is this:

I have a job that must be installed last week.

I have a 140 psi water supply with good residual as evidenced by 120
psi on a full open 2" drain.

I have the last municiple flow test about ten years old that confirms
that good water supply.
The city will do a new flow test "asap".

The plan reviewer said that I'm being too "thorough" in doing calcs
on this .20 retrofit, that I should just
use the 'stuff on the riser'. Since my system's demand will remain
constant, I was looking for a way to 'bridge"
the flow data that I do have with 'the stuff on the riser'.

I have a copy of compiled drain tests that was used by a company
called Starr Technical Risks Agency
in the US and Canada but it only goes to 55 psi. I though maybe
someone have something with higher pressures.

I wouldn't ever rely on a 2" flow unless that was all that was
available - and the demand would have to be well below
the supply curve with a written understanding.

I hope this makes more sense to you.

                              Vince
