List Members, As of 4 PM today the notice to adopt the 2009 I-Codes, including the One and Two family sprinkler provisions, were signed off and delivered to the Office of Administrative Law for publication in the NJ Register. A lot of hard work went into the adoption starting with the Director and staff at the DCA, Division of Codes and Standards. Add NJFPPA, The Residential Sprinkler Coalition, The Sprinkler Industry, The Plumbing Industry, Gary Lewis, Stanley Sickels, John Lightbody and a long list of others. This is not a culmination, we need to continue to work with code officials, the regulated community and potential homeowners as we move forward.
