Campers: Following up my query from 2 weeks ago..
I'm just looking for clarification and information on a couple of things. I have to sprinkler a mixed use buildings first floor retail shops with sidewalls from a soffited main. Retail spaces are only 19' deep and I'll have sidewalls front and back. What are you guys using for OH listed sidewalls? The same front main will also have to serve dry sidewall heads protecting a farmers porch that exterior stairs lead down into. The porch also extends over both retail spaces (70'), 6' wide on all three sides. Front retail entries (2) and stairs at each end. The ceiling of the porch has just over 6" clear against the building but the builder is filling the entire combustible space. Do I have to use OH design for the porch heads?
