We have done inspections and service at a daycare that had an outdoor pool that they used as the water supply. The chlorine did not seem to affect the system for some reason. I was surprised to learn that the fire marshal even had them calculate the water supply based on the level in the winter when they drained it.

Anybody do this before? Seems like there would be too many problems with the chlorine in the water damaging the system components.
