Thanks Lamar. We started using this a couple of years ago. Worked so well that we went to the paid version. Probably something that would be useful to many contractors.

Lamar Vaughn Vaughn & Company McDonough,Ga, Hey- Just want to let you know of a good tool you may want to make use of. SKYPE (Free Version) – With SKYPE two people can connect and “share screens” (i.e.- see each other’s PC screen). You will need a speaker to hear with & a microphone to talk (no phone needed). I learned of this thru my wife who uses it almost daily working with other to instruct them on how to use some software. Say you want to review some drawings with someone, if both have SKYPE they can log-on, connect, and then one can pull up & show the drawing on their screen, zoom in/ out, use the mouse point to indicate things, etc. Also, if you get a pay subscription to SKYPE, you can do a one-to-many in lieu of one-on-one. Just a thought as to a way to make you life a little easier for free ! -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
