In my entire career I've found two leaking sprinklers and close to q hundred leaking somethings other that were suspected of being leaky sprinklers. Look at it this way. With sprinklers being mandatory they have to be installed, and because everybody thinks a leak has to be sprinklers the industry gets a lot of service calls they wouldn't otherwise get. If I ask if you're sure the problem is X a couple of times and you say yes, come out, you don't have a lot of room to argue about my bill when I tell you you need a plumber or roofer or what have you.
