Jimmy,

We had a job in Nebraska where the city called for this. They provided a list
of contractors that they had previously used that had this certification and we
subbed it out to one of them. Wish I knew more but possibly a fire stopping
company in your area could help.

Subject: Firestop Creditials

Has anyone else had to be "accredited for installation by FM Standard 4491"
to install their own firestop on a job before? Can anyone point me to a
copy of the standard? I was unable to find it on FM's site. What is
involved with this process?

Thanks for the help.
