I am working on replacing a pump on an existing system. The existing suction line is 8" and the discharge line is 6". The new pump is a 4x3. We have an 8x6 eccentric reducer and a 6x4 eccentric reducer. They would like to use those instead of ordering an 8x4. Any problem with bolting those two fittings together? I can't think of any but wanted to check with the brain trust. Thanks.
