Diesel pump or electric? It depends, you might be able to pipe to an exterior French drain or storm, but in some cases if diesel is present, you may not be permitted to do that. Need to check with local Plumbing official.
Most pump room drains just tie into sanitary, need trap primers and in some cases have to go through an oil separator before going to sanitary.
