Chris: YES - the home is appraised at $45M +/- and sits on (approximately) 800,000 acres of land...Oh - and the Client is adamant, no dry-pipe system under any circumstances (thus, our concern about any recent/potential prohibition on glycerin). They also specified a 13'R' wet-pipe system w/attic sprinklers. We concurred and proceeding with 13'R' and '72' fire alarm system.
