We did a pet hospital a few years back and treated the whole hospital
including the kennel as light hazard. NFPA 13 2007 makes a reference to
animal housing facilities in 21.23, but doesn't give any information. I
don't see how storing pets would be any different than storing people (fire
protection wise).Prisons cells are usually light hazard.

Any experience with a system for a pet hotel? NFPA 150 is a little vague.
Seems like it would be less hazardous than a stable, which is OH2. Any
thoughts?
