I just want to respond to one of your comments, and I hope you do not mind me 'taking it out of context'-- you said: Consultants selling these modeling services do not breathe a word of this nor do they mention the important details, like the simplifications, that go into the model and what conclusions the results may say. I just want to say that I think you are confusing Consultants with Expert Witnesses, for both the prosecution AND the defense. What is more is that some of them seem to know what is going to happen before they build and calc the model :) Mail me if you would like to take this off-Forum, or if I can talk you into getting into FDS. I know quite a few people who know all about FDS, but only a few have ever produced any results, valid or not!
