In the past I have a always had great success by calling the "plan lead" at the FM Global in Atlanta. Sometimes I had to leave a message if they weren't available, but they always returned my call. If they were ever unsure, they would get an answer and call me back. Usually they would discuss the situation and have an answer. I apologize as I don't have their number anymore since I have switched companies. Chris, if you are reading this, you could look in my old Rolodex and share the number. :)
