With WOOD storage it should only be a class II commodity.

Subject: Commodity Class ?

Project consists of installing in rack sprinklers in an existing building.
Commodity being stored is wooden forms (patterns) used to make molds for sand
casting at a foundry.
These will be stored un-encapsulated on wooden pallets on 22' high back to back
racks with 8' aisles.
I am saying Class IV commodity, someone else in the office disagrees with that.
We are working with the 2007 edition of 13.
I come up with table 16.2.1.3.2(d) A&B or 0.37/2000 @ the ceiling using graph B.
Does that sound reasonable or am I missing something?
