Steve and I (and Steve can deny he said this) agree that FPEs are often

sprinkler morons when it comes to the details, just as layout techs are

often morons when it comes to the bigger picture. Saying this is akin to

saying butchers are often morons when it comes to brain surgery and brain

surgeons often can't cook. Cannibals are not good with chicken but can

roast up a mean haunch of man. The jobs are just different even if some of

the tools and techniques are similar.
