That brings up the question. Is this exhauster installed at the pre-action 
valve or at the end of the line? If at the end of line and it is installed 
according to Star's data sheet there are a couple of 1/2" circle seal check 
valves that are very prone to clogging. Also check out the strainer that should 
be installed upstream of the exhauster if it is plugged it's game over. One 
last place to check is the 2" outlet valve on the bottom of the strainer. 
Remove the three hex head bolts and pull out the plug, there are two fine mesh 
screens held in place by a single bolt and a brass spacer. If they clog, again 
game over. If needs be contact me off forum and I will try to help you. I wrote
