Anyone fly with gauges? We've been having problems with gauges reporting
pressure after going on a plane. For example a 160 psi gauge is now reading 24
psi at atmosphere after a flight yesterday. These are high quality gauges.
Only one of the 4 gauges that went on yesterday's trip is off. None were
effected on Tuesday's trip.

I'm sure baggage guys are no more rough on the hard shell foam filled box they
were in than I was when they laid open in the backseat of my truck in a past
life. They go baggage compartment because TSA doesn't like the pitot and
wrench in the cabin. Theories include cold and pressure differences in the
baggage compartment but why not every gauge and why not every time. Just as
often none of them are damaged. And why aren't my personal's effected?
