Just had an Engineer tell us that ASCE 7 is going to be changing so that seismic design category B will require EQ for fire sprinkler systems and that is why they are being proactive and requiring it now. Thought I would run it by the forum for the smell test. Thanks for any info. Thinking if Ken W doesn't know about this that I might have to call BS......OR ..... I get educated on current trends. Thanks.
