What is the minimum distance between UL 142 compliant double wall diesel fuel
tanks located outside? All I can find is NFPA 30's 2012 Table 22.4.2.1
requirement of 1/6 x sum of adjacent tank diameters but not less than 3 ft. My
tanks are 5'-5" diameter. The problem is we have to elevate three of these on
an elevated platform in a very tight space and our current spacing between is
2'-6". In the opinion of the forum, does the minimum spacing of tanks per NFPA
30 eliminate consideration of any spacing less than 3 ft?

Thank you,
