What state is this in? Here in sunny, warm, casually and outdoorsy life-style oriented California, we have state tweaks that have tightened screws on "labs" and classrooms for vocational tech and sciences. Basically, if it has pressurized gas (for burners or other uses) or encompasses storage of chemicals and flam/comb liquids as Ben describes, then it jumps immediately to Ordinary Hazard. This may also encompass uses like jewelry making classes or any other domestic or vocational training that would use gas or flam/comb liquids and is applied equally to K-12 and adult ed.
