Working on a 30,000 sq.ft freezer with a pre-action system for the ceiling and a pre-action system for the racks, was curious to see what is the preferred way to add the detection. If you use protectowire will it even trip if you install it on the rack piping since there is nothing to collect the heat? Do you only wrap the pipe at the ceiling? Etc?
