Good morning gentlemen, I am looking at a 2 story office building circa 1995 with a small 2 story lobby that is separated from the rest of the building with fire doors. This lobby has sprinkler heads. There is no riser and no flows or tampers that anyone who has been there 9 years knows of. Each floor is only 12,500 sf.
