Subject: underground and domestic

Can some one point me to the section in either 13 or 24 where it states you have to
include the domestic when it is a combined line of a certain size? If I recall
correctly, if you have a shared line and it is smaller than 6" (possibly smaller
than 4") you have to figure the domestic demand as well for the combined portion.
However, I can't seem to locate that this lovely Monday morning.
